The Bedford Tool and Saw Co. is a friendly family-run business that has been established in Bedford for over 50 years. During this time, the company has expanded from a professional saw-sharpening business to a comprehensive saw blade, woodworking, woodturning and hand tool specialist. The latest expansion saw The Bedford Saw & Tool Co. company move from a purely a bricks-and-mortar business to embracing the world of e-commerce, expanding their reach beyond the borders of Bedfordshire.

n3o undertook the complete design and custom build of the e-commerce store, using a bespoke CMS together with a secure shopping cart service for the broad range of products on sale. The online store was built to not only provide a customer-friendly, browsable catalogue of categorised products, but also to allow for a number of custom information pages detailing information about Bedford Saw's popular Woodturning/Lathe Workshops and Saw/Blade sharpening service.  

To reflect the customer focus of this family-run business, we incorporated a 'Best Seller' and 'Latest Products' feature on the home page to enable quick access to popular products and recent additions to the store.
